Laura, cuida de niños en Barcelona

My name is Laura, and I’m originally from The Netherlands and based in Barcelona.
I moved here in 2023 to pursue a master’s in Political Ecology, which I have recently completed!
I bring with me 10 years of babysitting experience, working with children from newborns to pre-teens. Whether it’s a few hours of playtime or providing full-day care, I am flexible and dedicated to supporting your family’s unique schedule and needs.
I’ve had the pleasure of caring for children aged 0 to 11, primarily for families in Oegstgeest and Leiden. My responsibilities included school drop-offs and pick-ups, fun outings to the park, cooking meals together, and organizing playdates with their friends. I believe in creating a joyful, engaging environment while ensuring the children feel secure and supported.
Building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents is very important to me. Open communication and mutual respect are key to making sure everyone feels comfortable and understood.
In addition to my native Dutch, I speak fluent English and am currently learning Spanish.
In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, hiking with friends, and reading in the park.
