Babysitter with cleaning and cooking

I am looking for a kind, trustworthy lady to help in my home with babysitting, cooking and cleaning. I have 3 great kids (age 8, 3 and 1)
4 afternoons per week (16.30 to 20.00 4 afternoons per week between Monday and Friday aswell as 3 hours on a Sunday at 9.30am.
If your intesested please tell me about yourself, why you think you are good with children, the experience you have. What type of food you can cook.
