Julieta Lis, niñera a domicilio - 28004 Madrid

Hello everyone! I´m Julieta, a 23-year-old nanny from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I´ve been working as a nanny ever since I was 15 taking care of my nephew, volunteering in after-school help for less privileged kids and being camp coordinator in a school project. Also, in 2017 I did an exchange where I volunteered in a center of autism for a month.

While I was in university, I started babysitting, taking care of Emilia, a 8-month-old baby up until she was 5 year-old. Being her nanny made me realise that my job was such a joy, full of laughs, learning and love.

I always knew that I love kids, but I never thought that I would love taking care of them too! So I started working as a nanny more professionally while I was working as a receptionist in a Pediatric Office.

I´ve also worked as a private tutor for kids from ages 12 to 16, helping them with their English, math and history assignments.

In January of 2024, I had the opportunity of moving to Kentucky for a whole month to take care of a 1 year-old baby called Atticus. But now that my journey with Atticus came to an end, I started my new life in Madrid.

I consider myself a happy, kind, creative, responsible and easily-adapted person. I love being around people and kids, specially my family and friends. I appreciate all opportunities to learn new skills and/or practice new languages.

I believe that working with kids is also working as a tem with the family. Also, I believe that is the key for a happy work life and the happiness of the child. I always try to make kids feel comfortable with me, approaching them with respect and love. I want them to see me as an authority, but also I wish them to be able to open up and have fun with me.

As an easily-adapted person, I feel very confortable with managing schedules and taking care of any needs a kid could have.
