Hi! My name is Meghan, I'm 23 years old and originally from Arizona in the United States. I recently graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Strategic Communications and have spent this past year living in Madrid, working as an English Language Assistant in a primary school.
I love working with children and creating a fun, positive environment where they can learn and grow. I am responsible, patient, energetic, and enjoy planning activities, spending time outdoors, and helping children develop their English naturally through play and conversation.
This summer, I am looking for a nanny position in Madrid from July through September. I already have accommodation in Chamberí and would love the opportunity to support a family while sharing my language and culture with their children. I am happy to provide references from both my school and families I have worked with throughout the year. 😊
My rate is €15 per hour because I provide childcare combined with full English immersion as a native English speaker. Throughout this year, I've been working as an English Language Assistant in Madrid and have also babysat for families, helping children practice English naturally through play, conversation, outings, and daily routines. The rate reflects both the childcare aspect and the value of consistent English exposure, and it is in line with what I have seen other native English-speaking nannies charge in Madrid.
