I am a versatile person, who enjoys challenges and finds easy to adapt to different environments and situations. I find that it’s easy for me to work with people and I tend to make healthy relationships with my coworkers or my bosses. I am a charismatic, responsible and self-taught person. I am a really open-minded person who enjoys learning cultures, languages and different social states of affairs. More related to childcare; I always found easy to have trust and to care for kids, taking joy to see them grow and to develop they’re own quirks and personality traits. I found that an easiness to adapt to the situations you could encounter with children and even if I consider my self a warm and really affectionate person I’m rather firm when the times call.

On my last job as an au pair I had to plan activities for the afternoons and playdates on Fridays with classmates to help in developing social skills. Some of the activities were, playing instruments for fun, we had different ones, even toy instruments and we tried at least once a week to work on a concert or song. I prepared at least once a week an arts and crafts project, prepared all the materials and place to do it and check with the parents for approval. The children enjoyed basic drawing and colouring, so to remark that we worked in doing albums of them and murals. I tried, working with the weather and depending on the season, to have a day to play outside in the park or in the garden doing activities like gardening and planting several flowers or just experimenting with mud and playing sports together. Other plans included role playing or drama, board games where they had to follow rules and such and some times light cooking that they could help with, for example making the batter to a cake.
