Pilar, busca una niñera a tiempo parcial en Madrid

Hi, I would need a person to pick up the kids from the school on Wednesday at 12:40, take them home, and stay with them until 4-4:30 approximately. During that time, they will have lunch ( prepared by me), they will all together clean up the table, they will wash themselves and change clothes for the afternoon activity. The person should review or ask if they have homework and they should do that. The rest, should be free game until the time to leave.
This person should be Native English, and it will not be allowed to speak in Spanish.
I want to make sure that the person that comes feels good in our home, with the kids, with me. And of course, the kids feel good with her/him. It is very important to feel good both ways, that makes everything easier.
We are very flexible at home, meaning, no problem if one day there is a change, or needs to leave earlier, or something came up.
