Pay is €10 per hour.
Hours are 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 14.30

We are a calm and friendly Irish family with a 5-year-old boy. We live in the Urquinoana area in a bright and spacious apartment.

This is how your day will typically look. The apartment has two halves to it. My wife will be working in the home office at the back of the apartment. You will spend most of the time with our 5-year-old son in the front half of the apartment. When you arrive, you will tidy up the kitchen and living area and some days may be asked to cook a simple breakfast for my wife. Our son is quite independent and will be playing on his own for most of the time.

Once the kitchen and living room are tidy you will clean one area of the house each day such as bedroom or bathroom. You’ll be given a schedule to work through across the week as you see fit so the entire apartment gets cleaned across the 5 days.

Around 1pm you’ll prepare our evening meal which we will eat later. It will be a straight forward dish and we will give you a recipe or instructions each day on what to prepare.

If you have time during some days, it would be nice for you to play a game with our son for 30 minutes but some days it may not be possible for you. Or you may be asked to go to the supermarket to buy some groceries.

About us, myself and my wife Maria are both Irish and we have lived in BCN since 2015. Our son has just turned 5 years old. We are very relaxed, calm and friendly people and the environment in our apartment is the same. The apartment is large and very modern and bright with a terrace.

Occasional babysitting on Saturday afternoons Is available if you sometimes want extra hours.
