Hello! We are a young couple living in Las Rozas, searching for an experienced externa to care for our toddler and new baby (arriving in September) and our home. Our family and home are essential to us, so finding the right person with a positive, caring attitude is crucial.
The job details:
Hours:
On Monday through Thursday, you’ll be with us from 8AM-6PM.
On Sundays, you will work in the afternoons from 3-8PM. You’ll also receive 22 days of vacation. There’s a possibility of traveling with us on holidays, if you’re interested.
Starting Date: June 1, so you can settle in before our new baby arrives.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience with babies and toddlers is a must. Previous experience maintaining a household is also essential as we want to ensure our home is well- organized, clean, and harmonious.
Language Skills: Intermediate level English is required. Knowing both Spanish and English languages is a plus.
Healthy habits: To keep our home environment safe and healthy for everyone, we prefer a non-smoker.
Independence and Teamwork: You should be capable of working independently, yet also be a team player as you’ll be part of our family dynamic.
Responsibilities:
Childcare: Your primary focus will be taking care of our 2.5 year-old-son ensuring he is well-fed, happy, and entertained. You’ll entertain him, go on walks, and play together.
Household: You will also be responsible for cleaning, ironing, cooking, and assisting with grocery shopping.
Driving License: Having a valid driver’s license is plus.
