About us:

Hi there! I'm looking for a wonderful nanny to join our family and care for a six-year-old child. He’s a bright and energetic boy who started primary school this September. We are an American family and my child is half German, and he speaks Spanish, English, and German. We’re excited to find someone who can nurture his love for languages and help him thrive.

What I'm Looking For:

I'm searching for a kind, responsible, and experienced nanny who is fluent in Spanish, English, and German would be a wonderful plus. It’s important to us that you’re able to communicate in these languages to help support our boy’s multilingual development.

A Day in the Life:

- Spend quality time with the child, ensuring he’s happy and well-cared for.
- Help with his daily routines like meals, hygiene, and bedtime.
- Encourage his language skills through fun conversations, reading, and educational activities.
- Take him to and from school.
- Assist with his homework and school projects.
- Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities that he’ll love.
- Keep his play areas tidy and help manage his closet and laundry.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
- Coordinate with me (his dad) about his daily schedule and activities. I speak fluent English and understand and speak some Spanish.

About You:

- You’re fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to take directions.
- You have experience working with children, ideally as a nanny.
- You understand child development and know how to engage with kids at their level.
- You’re patient, reliable, proactive and have a warm, nurturing personality.
- You have a driver’s license.
- Having first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- You have the right to work in Spain.

Our Schedule:

- This is a full-time role, typically Monday to Friday from 16:00 PM to 20:30 PM, Weekends full days with some flexibility for occasional evenings or holidays.
- Availability to travel during school and summer vacations.
- 30 days off in the summer.
- We’ll work together to adjust the schedule as needed based on school times and custody calendar.
