For May 2018 I am looking for a life experienced woman who supports me in raising our two children (girl 2, 5 years and Newborn). Since I want to avoid a constant change I prefer someone who is available for a long term position. We are an alternative open and unconventional family that is welcoming positive energies, solution oriented creative individuals. For now we are located in the old town of Palma. When the baby is here the work flow would be the following:
—> bringing the girl to the Waldorf Kindergarden in the morning, helping out with running some errands in our home, taking care of the baby 2-3 times of the week for an hour or two that the mother has some free time to do Yoga and work, picking up the girl from school around midday, afternoon activity with the girl around 3-4 times a week. Flexibility in case I need some support at night from time to time (the father is traveling a lot, the mother is mostly alone with the kids).
This flow is especially for the beginning phase with the baby. The work flow can change or adapt after a while. The salary is fair, to be discussed in person. To the profile:
