I am looking for some childcare to help look after my 15-month-old son at home. I would ideally like someone to come three mornings a week, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, and then spend some time (from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM) on cleaning or household tasks. These hours can be discussed and adjusted. We are a family of five (I have two other children, aged 6 and 4, who attend the local school) and we are looking for someone to become a consistent part of our family life, with the possibility of increasing hours in the future, if it’s a good fit. Primarily, I am looking for someone creative and confident, capable of inspiring my youngest son and connecting with him easily; someone who enjoys his company, as much as he enjoys yours and plays with him in fun, innovative ways.
