Hello,

I am a single mother of a wonderful 5 year old girl called Darcey. We live in Santa Margarita at the moment and she goes to San Jose School in Estepona. She's a very happy girl with a lot of energy, loves to play games, cook, eat (she eats everything!), do arts and crafts and more than anything she is full of love and is looking for a best friend/brother/sister that will love her and look after her back - as if she was their own family.

I work, a lot, and this is why I need the help. Usually my working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. However I work with America so I often work between 6pm and midnight during the week. I like to work hard so I can enjoy my weekends with Darcey.
As part of my job, I have to travel to England and America once per month for a week (Sunday - Saturday usually) which means you'll be the sole full time carer of Darcey at this time.

On the weeks that I am in Spain I will need you to be flexible.

- 1 hour of house work per day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Sometimes I will do everything with Darcey, but other days I will need you to collect her from the school bus at 5:30pm and do homework and dinner time with her as well as get her bathed and in bed. This is on the nights that I work late.
- You will have every Wednesday off and either a Saturday or Sunday (we can be flexible on a weekly basis to work around plans).
- We would prefer someone to live in, but if not we can make the hours work.

On the weeks I have to travel with work:

- You will need to live in the house and work full time from Sunday (when I leave) to the following Saturday (when I return).
- You'll need to make sure the house stay's tidy.
- You'll need to get Darcey ready for school in the morning and drop her off at the bus stop for 8:30am.
- You'll need to collect her at 5:30pm and do homework, play time and dinner time and then bath and bed.
- On the Saturday morning before I return you might need to do the food shopping with Darcey so it is easy for me to get home.

The work will be very flexible, on the weeks I am here you can have 3/4 days off per week to make up for the full time you do when I am away.

You'll need to have a full clean drivers license but not necessarily have your own car.

Finally, rates of pay: the reason we'd rather have a young au pair to live with us is so you live here of course free of charge with your own room. We will pay for the bills, internet and food of course and make sure you have everything you need to live comfortably.

The pay will be around 100 euros per week, up for negotiation dependent on experience.
